Examinations are conducted a regular intervals for 3 terms using Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE)
Pattern from K.G to IX Std.

Each term consist of Formative Assessment (FA) 40 Marks and Summative Assessment (SA) 60 Marks:

Promotions are decided at the Teachers Council and the decision of the Principal with regards of Promotion after the Annual Examination (SA3). Hence results are Final and cannot be re-considered. Promotion will be considered taking into account the work of the pupil during the whole year instead of the Final Examination alone.

Certificate of Merit is given to the Student from I std to X std for performing exceedingly well in the Subjects throughout
the academic year.

• Students leaving the School in the middle of the term on account of Personal reason must pay the School fees for that term.
• Request of Transfer Certificate (TC) parents should submit the requisition letter.
• For the Withdrawal 10 days notice in writing is required.

• Government Minority Scholarship will be applicable to all the Christians, Muslims, Jains, Sikhs and Buddist, if they fulfill the Governments requirement.
• The School Provides 25% of free Education under Right to Education (RTE) Act with the Entry level class L.K.G. from 2013 onwards
• Free Bus Pass will be provided for the required students from the State Government.

• Monday to Friday for KG’S
• Monday to Saturday for I Std to X Std
• Each working day consist of 2 sessions Morning and Afternoon session. There will be 2 interval sessions one in the Forenoon and one in the afternoon.
• There will be a lunch break for 30 Minutes.

Afternoon Session: 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (UKG & I Std)

Afternoon Session : 1:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. (II std to V std)

Afternoon Session : 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ( VI std to X std)
